Birmingham City Centre, Hybrid, Full time, Permanent offering between 50-55k a year

- Design and deliver learning programmes: Create and innovative learning experiences for stakeholders.

- Consult and collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, senior stakeholders, and teams across the business to identify development needs and propose effective solutions.

- Project manage from start to finish: Lead the full learning cycle from concept and design to implementation and review, including managing external training providers where needed.

- Deliver training: Facilitate engaging in-house training sessions

- Promote learning opportunities: Lead communications and internal engagement campaigns to drive participation and awareness of development initiatives.

- Evaluate and improve: Use feedback and insights to continuously enhance programme design and delivery.

- Support wider HR projects: Get involved in broader talent or HR initiatives as required.

For this role you would need previous experience within a professional service or corporate background within learning and development or equivalent.
