An extremely progressive, global law firm based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Operations team on a 6-month FTC!

 

This role will primarily involve producing accurate, detailed reports and analyses for the firm’s extensive client base within both the private and public sectors, ensuring that staff performance, the level of service provided across the board and case progression is being monitored closely. You will be utilising and updating internal CRM and case management systems with all relevant information, tracking the progress of litigation cases, using Microsoft Excel to create reports, collate data and convert it to MI, feeding back your findings to the team on a regular basis. Accurate reporting is essential to ensure the firm is able to continue providing the consistently excellent level of service it has been doing so far.

 

You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to work towards deadlines and prioritise a busy workload in this varied role, and most importantly you must be able to work well within a team!

 

The successful candidate will have extremely strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, have excellent working knowledge of legal processes with experience in a similar role in client services and/or the legal industry. This role is a 6 Month FTC.
