We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven graduate aspiring towards a career within a slick corporate setting. This is a brilliantly unique opportunity within a Business Development capacity based near Aston. The successful applicant will be solely responsible for generating business within a corporate finance setting of this particular business. The specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Professional identification and communication with potential new clients
Successful communication with legal advisers in order to approach and research target companies
Drafting approach letters with the aim of arranging meetings with key decision makers whilst maintaining effective communication in the interim
Expert analysis of the corporate finance market in order to identify trends and potential clients using publications
Successfully build relationships in order to share relevant information and facilitating introductions
Due to the unique nature of this role and the requirement for an individual to work both independently as well as part of a team, the successful applicant must possess the following knowledge and skills:
Existing experience within professional services ideally within a sales or marketing capacity
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience of using research in order to gain a broad and deep understanding of clients and target companies
An understanding of the nature of corporate transactions
A strong ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst utilising expert communication skills
