Administrative Assistant for Professional Services Organisation (ID:2186)
A
well-established professional services organisation is currently looking for a dynamic,
organised individual with previous administration experience to join them as a
temporary administrator till the end of the year! This is an excellent opportunity
for the right individual to develop their existing skill-set in a professional
services environment!
Your
daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Utilising Microsoft Excel and internal CRM
systems to update client information
·
Updating and administering information on
databases in accordance with policies and procedures
·
Monitoring and processing quotes and queries
·
Preparing and sending out electronic and hard
copies of documents
·
Undertaking any additional administration
responsibilities to support the wider team
The ideal candidate will have pay strong attention to detail, have
confidence learning new systems and working with databases, and be able to
process data and documents in an accurate, timely manner. You must have efficient
communication skills and be able to use your initiative to prioritise your
workload in a busy team! Previous experience in an administrative role and proficiency
in MS Office is essential.
This is a temporary position requiring an immediate
start, which will run provisionally till the end of the calendar year. This is
a full-time role and will be based working a couple of days a week in the
physical office, and the remaining days of the week from home.
