An international business based near Solihull is seeking a proactive and efficient PA to provide support to 3 global directors on an initial 12 months FTC. This is a great role to make your own; they encourage achievement and innovation in all areas.

 With stunning, corporate offices and a professional and meticulous approach to their work, this opportunity would suit an individual who strives for excellence, who can provide strong administrative support at all levels and prioritise a heavy work load to a high standard. It will be your responsibility to coordinate extensive international travel arrangements, to take control of diary management and ensure that support is provided to all the designated individuals.

 If you’re familiar with organising meetings, setting up conferences and reporting on a regular basis, this could be the role for you. The ability to use your initiative will be vital and prior PA experience (ideally within professional services) essential.

 This role would suit an individual who has provided senior level support previously, who can think on their feet and plan effectively.
