The role involves recruiting for a range of customer service-based positions across the business. It is a hybrid position with only one day per week required in the office, so prior experience in either recruitment or human resources is preferred.

Engaging with past, current, and future candidates to gather feedback and improve the recruitment process.

Developing recruitment campaigns and initiatives.

Conducting additional recruitment tasks as needed by the line manager.

Ensuring a positive candidate experience

Managing the full recruitment cycle while maintaining alignment with the company’s values.

Effective communication abilities

Adaptability in a fast-paced setting

A positive and approachable attitude

Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Previous experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
