We are looking for a customer service superstar to join an amazing and supportive team in an exciting new role.

This position requires an enthusiastic, engaging individual who is enthusiastic about delivering excellent service to customers while remaining calm and focused during more challenging situations.

As the first point of contact, you will ensure that every customer has a positive experience, no matter the reason for their enquiry. Experience in a customer service environment and a cheerful, can-do attitude are highly valued.

This role is based at head office, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to queries, and managing messages received through our internal messaging service.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous customer service experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel

A cheerful outlook, even in challenging situations
