A forward-thinking and renowned Solihull based company are looking for a driven individual with previous board level PA experience for a fantastic opportunity in their impressive offices on an initial 12 months FTC. This is an exciting role to support 3 very different directors, one of which is located abroad as part of an international company which boasts an excellent benefits package. This company are based in extremely high-end offices within the East Birmingham/ Solihull area and offers a busy and challenging working environment. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

·         Expert diary management

·         Organisation of international business travel and accommodation bookings

·         Involvement with a variety of department related projects

·         Excellent use of Microsoft Office for the purposes of document and report production

·         Organisation of internal and external meetings including room bookings and provision of supplies and refreshments

·         Effective liaison with individuals both within and outside of the business

·         Professional exposure to supporting a individual within a senior position

·         Experience providing virtual support to senior stakeholders

This role is due to start in November and is for 12 months, initially working from home until January and pays £25-27K. The hours of work are 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
