Temporary Marketing Executive (ID:2081)
This busy professional services firm are looking for a new member of their Marketing team. Working in a standalone role you will be responsible for the marketing and events for the Midlands region.
On the marketing side you will need to be able to cover the full range of marketing duties; designing invitations and flyers, preparing press releases, updating the web content, including keeping the website up to date, writing and publishing blogs on the recent business wins. You will run their social media feeds including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, both for the business as well as senior members of the head office team.
You will be coordinating the Midlands based events series which includes seminars, presentations and larger scale events, as well as a number of socials. These are traditionally live so you should be comfortable booking and negotiating room and equipment hire, able to manage the catering requirements. Experience dealing high quality online events will be highly desirable in the immediate term. You should have an understanding of how to run a successful event, including collecting and analysing data on ROI and using this to report to the board as well as informing your strategy of future events.
You will create the marketing collateral around the events, including invitations and brochures for live events. As this role will require attending (live and online) as well as running the events you should be very comfortable in professional services environment and have a confident, engaging and professional manner.
