Grad level temp to perm opportunity (ID:1902)
I have an exciting opportunity for a down-to-earth people-person
who enjoys assisting others and providing essential office support to ensure complete
efficiency. This is a customer-facing role with elements of data entry and
office admin, requiring someone who can work through information methodically
and use their initiative to refer issues on to the relevant person where necessary.
You will be responsible for answering any incoming queries over the phone and
via email, assisting in any way you can to resolve the customer’s problem.
The role will begin by ensuring that all their recent data
is uploaded onto the system and up to date, meaning that the ideal candidate
will be able to self-motivate and have high attention to detail. Following this
initial responsibility, you will progress into the customer-facing role,
requiring someone with a patient and polite manner.
This is a 9-5 opportunity, at £9 p/h, and will begin working
from home with the potential to work from the office from September. If you
