The main responsibilities of this role would be:

- Checking draft bills and ensuring the fees are accurate

- Preparing billing review documentation

- Acting as a first point of contract for client queries regarding invoices and credit notes

- Assisting with clients’ queries requiring e-billing

- Ensure time entries and narratives are checked and amended before authorising proformas

- Ensuring timesheets are uploaded

For this role you would need to have previous billing experience ideally working within a law firm.
