Digital Marketing Coordinator (ID:1786)
Katie
Bard are looking for a bright, innovative individual with experience in digital
marketing to join and incredible organisation in Birmingham city centre! This
is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their
existing skill set and support the marketing team with developing their online
presence!
Some
of your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and developing the website, supporting
with the production of content and site appearance, ensuring all events and
social media output are approved and up-to-date before posting, monitor media
coverage and arrange for the publication of PR articles post broadcast, produce
monthly analysis reports and KPI graphs and tables, and attend meetings to
discuss site development, presenting any recommendations for improvement. You
will also be responsible for carrying out quality assurance checks on all
content and reporting any technical problems to site developers and IT
department.

For direct email marketing, you will liaise with
the marketing team to schedule activity, populate templates and ensure all
links are functioning, update databases and reports on email KPI’s and
activity, as well as making further recommendations for improvement on content
and engagement.

You will also oversee all social media accounts,
develop social media timelines to engage with all events and press releases,
create engaging content for scheduled posts and again analyse and produce
reports on social media KPI’s, use tracking systems to report on campaign
traffic and outline any future advertising costs.
The
successful applicant must be able to use their initiative and prioritise their
workload efficiently to ensure all deadlines are met, have strong copywriting
and IT skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience
in a similar role and a strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads
Editor and working knowledge of platforms such as Umbraco and WordPress is
