Hybrid, full-time permanent position based near Birmingham, offering up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, with expenses paid for travel between offices.

Are you an Executive Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for a highly-recognised brand, supporting at C-Suite level? Then this could be the role for you! Based near Birmingham, the successful applicant will be supporting board-level directors; playing a crucial role in enabling the smooth-running of the business.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Scheduling meetings and providing meeting support, including creating documents, presentations and agendas
  • Complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international
  • Handling invoices and expenses
  • Diary and correspondence management for the relevant board members, including email management and call handling; responding to queries in an appropriate and timely manner, and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Other ad-hoc duties and project-related work when required.
Prospective applicants must have previous experience of supporting senior company members at board level, and diary and email management. Applicants must have excellent communication and IT skills – including strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint competency – be flexible and able to prioritise workload, and be highly organised with excellent attention-to-detail.
