You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be the first point of communication for all internal and external visitors within the building. Your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Managing the reception

- Organising the studio meeting rooms

- Ensuring H&S procedures are followed within the studio

- Ensuring new starters are onboarded correctly

- Booking travel & accommodation

- Taking minutes at meetings

- Typing and formatting of project related correspondence including letters and reports

- Supporting in collating documents
