A global and innovative law firm is seeking an Legal Support Assistant to join their Oxford office! This is a full time, permanent and office based position offering 25k per year!

Your role will be integral to the Executive Support Service team where you would support the Executive Assistants with travel arrangements, expenses, booking meeting rooms and catering, investigate and solve potential problems and the organisation of meetings.

You would also support the solicitors with post completion tasks but also be active in helping others and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is completed on time. You would also need to be confident on the phone, emails, telephone conversations and document typing such as letters and faxes when necessary.

Other responsibilities would include ensuring files are retrieved from storage when necessary updating the firms database with any new clients or amending contacts and attending internal and external client meetings when required. You would need to be confident with closing files and arranging documents when necessary, and ensuring that all printing and photocopying is completed.

It is desirable for the candidate to have experience working for a law firm ideally in private client but they will look at any other office administrative experience.
