Full-time, permanent role based in Solihull, offering up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and high-end professional services firm has just become available! Based in Solihull, the successful applicant will be supporting the HR and Marketing teams in this coordinator role, as well as having some administrative and front of house duties.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Coordinating the communications and correspondence of the team, including managing emails, phone calls and post
  • Office floor duties including managing office supplies, orders and deliveries
  • Front of house duties; meeting and greeting any visitors to the office and supporting them in their visit
  • Arranging meetings and setting up meeting rooms
  • Administrative and PA duties, including diary and travel management
Prospective applicants must have previous administrative or front of house experience within a professional services environment. Applicants must be highly communicative, proactive and organised, and thrive working as part of a team.
