An award winning firm based in Birmingham City Centre who has recently renovated their beautiful offices, are currently seeking an inspiring Secretarial Coordinator to lead and manage their Secretarial team within one of their busiest departments. Working closely with a number of PA’s, Secretaries, Admin and Office Assistants alongside fee earners you will be the glue between all individuals. The successful candidate will have extensive people management experience whilst also having been an accomplished Secretary themselves within professional services.
This is a varied and challenging role for someone who is confident, calm and articulate and has a real passion for coaching and mentoring whilst ensuring that the highest of standards are adhered to. Day to day, the successful candidate will line managing all Secretaries, conducting regular reviews and monthly 1 to 1’s, managing sickness and performance alongside leading on all recruitment for new starters and helping with the induction process.
Further to this, the candidate will also provide excellent secretarial and administrative support for the department as such Secretarial experience is key!
The successful candidate will be proactive, professional and have an assured personality mixed with solid Secretarial experience working within professional services alongside experience of managing and coaching people.
This is a full time, permanent role working hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH), though flexibility may be required where needed.
