Hybrid, full-time permanent role based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £35,000 depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for a national law firm as a Secretarial Coordinator within the Property Team of a national law firm has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Secretarial Team, as well as providing outstanding secretarial support to the department’s fee earners.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Monitoring the lifecycle of the team; problem-solving and troubleshooting to aid the recruitment process
  • Administrative duties including drafting and editing legal documents, carrying out access requests, and completion of required forms
  • File management including scanning, uploading and archiving, and opening and closing files
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Invoicing and other financial administration
  • Other secretarial and administrative duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience leading a secretarial team, ideally within property. They must be highly organised and proactive, with a high attention to detail, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
