Full-time, permanent position offering £38,000 to £41,000 depending on experience.

Are you a PA looking for your next step? Do you want to work in a fast-paced, varied role within an internationally recognised company? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Northamptonshire, the successful applicant will be providing outstanding one-to-one personal assistance to the Operations Director, including support with project management and liaising with stakeholders, in a comprehensive and confidential manner.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Supporting the Director in tracking current projects; monitoring the relevant documentation and ensuring the smooth-running of the project life-cycle
  • Complex diary and email management, including responsibility for arranging all meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and briefing the Director of the relevant documents before meetings, and ensuring all Department Heads have prepared the required documents in advance of meetings with the Director
  • Complex travel arrangements both nationally and internationally, including visa applications
  • Supporting the Director during major events, including distributing agendas, collecting actions and updates, and maintaining the actions log
  • Correspondence management, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks where required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience of supporting at board-level, including complex travel, diary and email management. Applicants must be highly organised and adaptable, and be able to work with discretion where required. Due to the events-orientated nature of the company, some weekend work will be required, so candidates must be able to work flexibly. Previous experience working in events is desirable but not essential.
