A leading leisure brand based in South Northamptonshire are seeking a Part Time HR Advisor who has a passion and experience of manage ER cases to join them on a permanent basis, working 4 days a week, 20 hours across the week (hybrid working). This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join them who has solid HR/People Advisory experience within a large organisation (ideally internationally) and have a real generalist background. You will report into a really inspiring Head of HR who encourages growth, diversity and collaborative work place. The successful candidate will have their CIPD level 5 qualification and solid Advisory experience.
