Full-time, 7 month FTC offering between £24,000 and £26,500 pro-rata depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work for a Birmingham-based charity providing support to the Senior Leadership Team has become available! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will provide varied administrative support to the team, including arranging events, activities and projects to support the charity’s clients.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Acting as the first port-of-call for all phone enquiries, taking messages and signposting where required
  • Inbox management, and ensuring smooth and efficient communication between internal and external parties
  • Providing events and membership support, including the production and distribution of papers and agendas and distributing minutes
  • Efficient and timely filing and record-keeping
  • Systems management, aiding the recruitment process
  • Supporting marketing in managing their social media engagement
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
  • Other administrative duties where applicable
Prospective applicants must have previous administrative experience, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work flexibly and using their initiative, and thrive working as part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate-level individual with administrative experience to gain experience within a varied role within the charity sector.
