A highly reputable organisation based in East Birmingham has an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them on an initial 12-month FTC basis covering maternity (view to permanent role). This role is full time, Monday to Friday and will be fully office based for the first few months with some flexibility once probation is completed. Providing generalist HR support to all managers and employees, you will be tasked with building strong relationships and collaborating effectively to build trust and increase potential. This role is perfect for someone with extensive Employment Relations experience and is accustomed to managing high volumes of complex cases from start to finish on their own.

As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for carrying out vigorous recruitment processes; inducting the best talent; carrying out reviews; performance planning and coordinating the offer and contract procedures. Alongside this, you will be providing integral support in grievances, disciplinary matters, redundancies and absence cases, all while managing any legal risks. You must be an excellent mediator, administrator, communicator and multi-tasker.

The successful HR Advisor will have HR experience in a fast-paced environment alongside some exposure in a large corporate business.
