Client Support Analyst (ID:158)
A forward-thinking,
leading technology company based in Birmingham city centre is looking for a
proactive individual to come onboard as a client support analyst! This role is
ideal for an individual who thrives working in a busy, fast-paced environment, and
is really organised and efficient with their work.
This
role will involve providing a high level of first and second line support to external
clients as well as internal data and technology departments within the company.
You will be responsible for handling any incoming email and telephone enquiries,
investigating problems and producing reports, monitoring eInvoicing and sourcing
activities, onboarding new suppliers, and drafting service review documents.
The
ideal candidate will have similar experience, be confident liaising with clients
on the phone and have excellent problem-solving skills! If you are interested
