A top law firm in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to work part time alongside one of their other receptionists. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a really positive environment in an incredibly supportive team!
The receptionist will be responsible for taking incoming calls and with an excellent telephone manner, divert them to the correct person or department. They will also be expected to manage the main inbox, responding to queries, forwarding emails to the correct person, and deleting any spam that comes in. This is a really lovely receptionist role in a good company that truly values their staff.
