We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a well-renowned and leading law firm in their London based office. This is a super role for the successful candidate to join where you will be working amongst a great team of Personal Assistants and Secretaries!

You will be working alongside and liaising with executives whilst supporting a multitude of your own fee-earners, supporting them in every aspect of the role.

This is full-time permanent role working on a hybrid basis, paying up to £45,000 annually based on experience.

Some of your responsibilities will entail:

• Strong diary and inbox management for fee earners, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Handling any initial telephone and email enquiries
• Dealing with general queries from clients
• Opening client files and ensuring all documents and correspondence are filed away correctly, passing them along to the relevant individual
• Maintaining records and client databases, updating them with new details and information, keeping accurate records on the internal practice management system
• Ensuring all documentation and correspondence are compliant and in line with the firm’s policies and procedures

This role requires an individual with previous background in property, legal or professional services who can seamlessly ease into the role and hit the ground running.
