We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a national, leading law firm in their Nottingham office on a temporary basis! You will need to have at least 12 months of HR experience with strong attention to detail. In this role, you’ll be working within the HR team, assisting primarily with the phones and other general administration duties. This is a hybrid position that also has the opportunity to go permanent.

Some of the responsibilities will entail:

• Strong communication to forward queries to relevant individuals
• Supporting and liaising with managers and administrators
• Engaging in meetings, programmes and projects
• Any other general ad-hoc duties presented on a day-to-day basis

The ideal candidate will be well articulated ideally degree-educated with at least a year of experience in HR, welcoming individuals from a recruitment, HR or payroll background. The main stand out will be remarkable administration skills, with the majority of the job being focussed on the telephone aspect and communication.
