We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA to join a well-renowned law firm in their Birmingham based office. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for the successful candidate with relevant experience in a similar role, to join a dynamic organisation who are committed to consistently delivering client excellence. You’ll be working within a team of great PAs and administrators, whilst liaising with clients, executives and key stakeholders, building strong and professional relationships to provide exceptional support to the team.

Some of the roles will include, but are not limited to:

• Exceptional diary and travel management
• Being proactive to anticipate constant needs and demands
• Maintaining a client focus during meetings with executives, discussing priorities and expectations
• Filing, preparing and submitting expenses
• Strong organisational skills to organise and co-ordinate events
• Good communication skills to liaise with people of different levels
• Building a strong rapport with all colleagues and employees of the business
• Supporting the wider PA team

The ideal candidate will come from a similar PA background with experience of supporting senior executives in a previous role. You will use a forward-thinking approach in every task, seeking to provide high level of client service at all times, whilst being able to apply initiative in everything you do.
