We are looking for a driven and diligent Paralegal Lead to join a global firm on a full time, hybrid basis working within their corporate transactional services team . The successful candidate will be educated to LPC (or equivalent level) and have a consistent level of educations with prior Paralegal experience within Corporate being essential. This role is a management based role so suits someone with prior Paralegal experience keen to move into a lead role managing people and developing on their skills set.
Management and leading of a team of 10- 13 paralegals
Quality checking work and handling escalated issues and cases
Professional management of files from commencement to completion
Expert provision of paralegal and administrative support to a large team
Document production including forms and correspondence including drafting and notices, witness statements and claim forms
Liaising with the opposition legal representatives
Offering exceptional levels of client service over the telephone in relation to queries and enquiries
For this unique opportunity, the successful individual must possess the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrable Paralegal experience, particularly from within Corporate
2:1 law degree as a minimum and ideally an LPC
Previous experience using case management systems and an understanding of property law
Ideally people management experience though this is not essential
IT literate and fast, accurate typing skills
