A well-established and reputable leading law firm are currently recruiting for a full-time Birmingham based role. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Team Leader to join and head an exceptional team of Paralegals within their Corporate Services sector. You will liaise with lawyers, client teams and Partners in terms of legal advice, ensuring this is delivered through a high quality service at all times! This is a great flexible role where you will be based at least 3 days in the office on hybrid working basis.

Some of your responsibilities will included, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and proof-reading documents with a strong attention to detail
• Allocating work to paralegals
• Supervising team members
• Drafting documents to a high standard whilst preparing reports for clients
• Being able to engage with individuals of different levels and calibre
• Conducting one to one meetings with Paralegals, issuing appraisal where appropriate
• Ensuring efficient paralegal support is provided to executives and lawyers

Applicants MUST have corporate paralegal experience to perhaps be ready to take that next step and move this into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate for this role will have solid organisational skills, not only in terms of themselves but organising a strong team to ensure they deliver proactive support to those who need it. The role will require you to be a great team player, have an exceptional attitude towards your duties and to those within your team.
