A national financial services company is recruiting a Learning and Development assistant to join their Stratford-upon-Avon-based team. This is a very varied role that is there to assist in the smooth running of the learning and development department. This position would be perfect for a switched-on individual that is comfortable adapting and thinking on their feet to respond to queries and questions. This company would ideally like to hire someone who is willing to start on a temporary basis and go into a permanent position after 6 months.

Hours can vary between 8:30 - 4:00 or 9:00 - 5:00 with a slightly earlier finish on Fridays. Hybrid working is also an option with only 1 day in offthe ice per week.
