A rapidly expanding finance company are recruiting for a data officer to join their city-centre-based Birmingham Head Office. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for clients and must deliver a high-level support service to internal and external customers. Some of the day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing all incoming inquiries
- Reporting progress to managers and colleagues
- Reaching out to clients and suppliers to grow the business
- Communicating confidently via phone, email and other electronic means
- Giving support for compliance and calculations
- Onboarding new suppliers
- Working with clients to help process invoices
- Building relationships with clients
Some desired skills of the successful applicant:
- Having a keen eye for detail
- Good problems solving skills
- The ability to adapt well to tasks
- Comfortable speaking with clients and suppliers
It is essential that all applicants are competent in using Microsoft Office and have previous experience working in an administration role.
