An international Law Firm is recruiting a Legal Document Production Technician to work remotely as part of their team. The role will with require an individual who can provide proactive and professional home based support to all practicing groups across the firm. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Audio/digital dictation
  • Document services
  • Copy typing
  • Amending/formatting large and complex documents
  • Producing comparisons documentation
  • Task management
  • Negotiating and discussing projects with clients
  • Logging tasks into appropriate systems
  • Assisting the Workflow Coordinator and Document Services Manager when required.
  • Client services
  • Proactively communicating with clients
  • Answering calls and email for queries and requests from clients.
This role is perfect for someone with experience of document management and advanced skills in legal document production. Essential skills for this position:
  • Accurate typing, spelling, grammar, and proof reading abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office systems
  • Computer skills
  • PDF conversions and manipulations
  • Spreadsheet creation, using formulars, pivot tables and, charts.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines while handing high levels of work
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to be self-motivated when working in a homebased role.
