• To be able to communicate effectively though a variety of technology.

• Working alongside with colleagues across the organisation.

• Creating and distributing paperwork

• Maintaining client records and adhering to internal processes for information management.

All applicants must have:

• Minimum grade C or above in GCSE or equivalent Maths and English.

• Experience in a telephony customer service role and advising members of the public

• Experience of case management and financial management would be desirable

Working for this Charity will require you to speak with members of the general public in a non-judgemental way to provide support and guidance tailored to each unique situation.
