My client based in Birmingham are an outstanding global services law firm with an outstanding reputation. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Executive Assistant to support their Chief People Officer and wider Directors. This role will be working Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays with at least one day working from home.
This role will pay £37,00 to £40,000 pro rata.

This role is ideal for a C-Suite level Executive Assistant who has working in an international environment who is looking to work for a progressive, empowered and high quality global services provider. The role will require working with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism on a key relationship management role with stakeholders within an HR setting.

This busy and varied role will entail:
  • Organising regular meetings with stakeholders including all the agendas and board papers
  • Managing workflow and delegating where required
  • Supporting with repotying and compliance
  • Producing powerpoint presentations for the marketing teams
  • Diary management, travel
  • Project support
This position requires an EA who is meticulous and has excellent attention to detail striving to deliver the highest levels of service and quality. The role will extensive stakeholder, meeting and diary and in-box management and client liaison always acting in an ambassadorial capacity. You will be producing board level documents and reports and arranging meetings. Stakeholder management will also be key.

This role requires an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant. a fast-paced environment where things can change momentarily and often without notice. You will be a forward planner who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and really get stuck in when needed. You will have experience of working in environments that are not too rigid and changing. This role requires forward thinker who is a chameleon to change and can manage heavy volumes of work.
