A dynamic international service provider is looking for an administrative assistant to join their busy offices in Birmingham. This role has a lot of variety and requires someone who is willing to go above and beyond in their role, this company prides itself of progression and making the working environment enjoyable.
Some key responsibilities:
• Front of house duties such as organising meetings and catering for those meetings when needed as well as managing diaries.
• Managing all incoming calls and operating the switch board as well as also managing the office inbox.
• Distributing of incoming post and organising anything for outgoing post from franking.
• Arrange monthly new starter meetings.
• Booking travel and accommodation when necessary.
There are other duties that may be needed from time to time but those will come up when necessary. Some previous experience in hospitality is ideal and some experience in administration is desired.
