A dynamic property company are looking for an efficient and reliable Team Administrator to support their Customer Care team, based in their Bristol office. This fantastic opportunity will provide the chosen candidate with a wealth of Admin experience in a professional, commercial environment, whilst working within a friendly and supportive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive and confidential secretarial and administrative support
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation where applicable
- Complex diary management
- Extensive email correspondence
- Providing support and cover to other team members as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an admin-based role, as well as be flexible and able to work well under pressure. They will also be an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, and be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
