Candidate selection

Each potential candidate is telephoned first to ensure their initial suitability to the market. If the candidate is successful, they are invited to be interviewed and have their skills tested by one of our consultants to find out more their experience, personality and motivators – a cross section of their attributes.

Interview process

Every candidate who registers, whether for temporary, permanent or contract work, attends a thorough interview lasting up to an hour and a half covering the following:

  • Aspirations and ambitions
  • Chronological employment record – skills and experience gained
  • Competency testing

Each candidate is assessed on the following:

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Copy and/or audio typing speed (words per minute and key stroke accuracy)
  • Spelling proficiency (in English and/or any relevant foreign language)
