This is an extremely exciting position for someone looking to work as part of a close-knit team, in a very hands-on role with lots of opportunity to get involved in all areas of the business!

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Diary management for the General Manager, scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, suppliers and customers
• Supporting with HR duties; issuing contracts, supporting with recruitment and handling sickness/annual leave requests for personnel in the office

• Processing orders, ensuring material is checking by the quality team and dispatched in a timely manner and in line with delivery schedules
• Ensuring profit reports, test certifications and Excel spreadsheets are all produced/updated on time with accuracy
• Processing invoices and resolving any relevant queries, producing bank sales ledger receipts, managing petty cash and liaising directly with the credit centre

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their all-round administration and coordination experience further within an established organisation, and work as part of a team as the business takes new steps to develop further within the industry. Strong communication and IT skills (CRM experience and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel), and a positive, proactive approach are the most essential qualities for this position. You must be a quick learner, and able to pick up the industry terminology and processes quickly and efficiently.

This is a full-time, permanent position, paying up to £27k annually depending on experience. Previous administration/PA experience would be ideal.
