My client is a global firm looking to recruit an International Billing Advisor to support one of their Global Operations teams. The role will focus on billing and finance queries for international clients.

Reporting to the team leader of the Global Client Management function, you will take ownership of your workload and support the team/department objectives in delivering a high standard of work in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Analytical thinking and problem solving with key clients with any finance queries

• Co-ordination of legal matters from initiation to closure

• Creation and delivery of billing to some of the firms largest, global clients

• Utilising all available systems and resources to provide a first-class client service

• Building positive relationships with internal, external clients and other stakeholders across the business via weekly calls and meetings

• Working with the wider teams and cross-departments to improve processes wherever possible

• Production of weekly/monthly reporting for clients, internal teams and stakeholders (i.e. partners)

• Tracking progress for administrative tasks completed for your client

Applicants must have strong previous finance analysis experience. Billing experience would be desirable but not essential. Strong Excel experience for reporting is also key.
