My client is a high-profile property company based in Birmingham. An opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join their team. This role will be hybrid and offers free parking at their glossy offices.

The role will provide administrative support to the wider team and works closely the Operations manager. This busy and varied role is fast paced and ideal for anyone who loves to juggle multiple tasks. You will:
Support the PA/Administration function by being a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and managing contacts, dealing with enquiries and queries

  • Support the production of confidential documents and reports and maintaining relevant databases
  • Manage Diaries/booking remote and face to face meetings/diary management for the team and ensuring that details of venues, directions, attendees and any other relevant information is organised and communicated as necessary
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
  • Liaising with other team administration/secretaries/PAs
  • Organise and deal with correspondence, reallocating or dealing with as appropriate
  • Formatting and typing letters, presentations and other correspondence as required
  • Assist with arranging internal and external meetings (both remote and in person) and their relevant logistics
  • Assist with documentation supporting the raising of purchase orders / payment of invoices and progression of documents
Applicants will have strong administrative experience supporting a team. This will include diary management and travel. Excellent written skills and attention to detail is key to this role and excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
