Working for a fabulous business UK business this role will work within the head office Risk, Compliance and Legal team supporting the change management business stream and those that audit business risk. You will support a fantastic team of motivated and likeminded people who have a great team ethos and are specialists at what they do.
You will manage the group inbox, distributing emails, replying and gathering further information on queries when necessary. You will also be working with the team spreadsheets pulling together the MI reporting for the team and tracking through the work in progress (WIP). This will include producing information in graphical form, filtering, sorting and extracting data using V look-ups, pivot tables and “if” statements.
Being comfortable to manipulate data and produce reports is important as is being able to keep on top of multiple workstream at any one point. This is great opportunity to build on you strong admin and excel skills but you don't necessarily have had to have had extensive office based experience already!
