A unique organisation is looking for an experienced and proactive Payroll Advisor to join a forward thinking, family-oriented organisation on a full-time permanent basis. This role is primarily remote with the requirement to come to their Chippenham office twice a month, consequently the successful candidate but be able to work autonomously. This is a fantastic role with high responsibility for a business who boasts fantastic benefits. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for the following tasks day to day: 


  • Managing the end-to-end payroll for around 5,000 to 7,000 employees  

  • Successful liaison with the businesses HR team regarding updates on all aspects of pay and conditions 

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees nationally in relation to pay queries escalating to a senior where necessary 

  • Ensuring all processes remain compliant throughout personnel changes in line with SOPs and auditing standards 

  • Detailed and regular pension reporting 

  • Management of 3rd party reductions 

  • Provision of payslip history and records on request 


This is a highly in-depth role suitable for an individual with excellent technical experience within a commercial environment. You must possess experience within the above listed tasks as well as a fantastic attitude and desire to work as part of a diverse team and a desire to progress within the team. Ideally you will have exposure to using Oracle Cloud and have processed a payroll of around 5000 employees upwards.
