We have a fantastic opportunity for a savvy Recruitment Administrator within a large global firm based in slick offices in Birmingham City Centre. This company have a sound reputation within their sector and offer a progressive and exciting role working closely with the Recruitment Advisor and as part of a wider team. This role is an initial 12 month FTC due to it being project related but has the scope for longer term opportunities.

The role requires an individual confident with the following tasks and duties:

Sourcing CVs from the relevant job boards and the company website
Screening applications and arranging interviews
Liaison with the HR department and creation of offers of employment
Maintaining and updating external and internal vacancy lists
Creation of job descriptions including providing salary advice

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:
Experience within a recruitment capacity or environment
Intermediate to advance IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Proactive and efficient approach to work with an ability to prioritise a busy workload
