We are looking for an experienced individual within a hospitality capacity for an exciting opportunity within a renowned business. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity within a huge national company with head offices based in Birmingham City Centre. You must possess experience within a telephone based customer service role as well as competencies using database systems. You must have a passion for customer service and be flexible with your working pattern. This is an initial 6 to 9 months FTC with the view for extension. The role is office based.
