An internationally-renowned law firm, with offices based in Birmingham City Centre, are looking for a highly motivated, committed and organised Billing Coordinator to support their in-house Billing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top, global law firm in a permanent position and gain to a wealth of experience in the financial side of their organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing bills in-line with client protocols
- Providing a seamless and professional customer service experience for the client
- Supporting the strategic growth and development of the business
- Looking at automation, reducing manual processes and resolving issues.
The ideal candidate will have previous financial administration experience as well as excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. They will also be analytically minded and have the ability to interpret data quickly and efficiently.
