A fantastic national law firm is looking for a driven and hard-working finance assistant on a full-time contract basis. Based in Birmingham City Centre, this organisation boasts excellent benefits and require an individual who is immediately available. We are looking for a knowledgeable finance assistant to assist the billing and the cash office team with wider support whilst they change finance systems 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Prepare, edit and release the firm’s bills in accordance with the firm’s billing procedure.  

  • Ensure the prompt and accurate production of all bills submitted for processing. 

  • Preparation of nominal invoices  

  •  Dealing with finance queries   

  •  Data inputting.  

  • Preparation of BACS receipts each morning and applicable transfer requests.  

  • Processing of Court Fees and Land Registry 

  • Other ad hoc finance admin duties 

You must possess experience in the above listed as well as being immediately available and happy to commit to the FTC. You will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy processes and have a willingness to learn.
