A renowned and creative company are looking for an organised and confident Sales Support Administrator to assist 2 of their high profile teams in their Stourbridge office. This exciting opportunity offers candidates to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation with the ability to let their creative side shine! Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the calendars of senior members of the team to reflect meetings and presentations
• Liaising with external candidates about projects to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Updating weekly sales figures and reporting back to senior members of the team
• Booking in new jobs from clients and managing the process until the project is complete

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment, with a good eye for detail, and have good financial acumen. They will have outstanding organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable using all Microsoft applications. They will also relish the opportunity to offer insight and suggestions to design projects.
