Design Administrator (ID:8144)
A dynamic, founder led business in West Birmingham are looking
for a Design Administrator to support their team! This is an exciting
opportunity to work with a growing company, who are passionate about what they
do, supporting multiple national companies with design requirements!
This role will be supporting a qualified team from an
administrative perspective. Your role will be co-ordinating the day-to day
running of the team, organising briefs and liaising with different departments.
You will also be required to raise purchase orders and keep an eye on designs,
so a strong knowledge of Excel and Word are key!
The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, able
to undertake a variety of projects at once. This role is set in a very busy
environment, so you will also need to have a keen eye for detail, to ensure
that everything you produce meets the high standards of this company! You will
also need to be happy working independently, and as part of a wider team, and
not be afraid to get involved and ask questions of new situations. A creative
flair will aid you in this role, and at least 2 years administrative experience
is required.
This role is based mainly in the office, with more
flexibility after the 6 month period. Full time, 9-5:30, drivers license
necessary. £23-25,000pa.
