Varied Co-ordinator role (ID:8141)
A large, corporate business south of Birmingham are looking for a co-ordinator/assistant within the procurement team. This is a new opportunity to get involved with this forward thinking company, and become part of their team!
This is an administration role situated within a procurement team. You will be a point of contact for any queries on the system from the wider company, and will aid in the support and administration of a new system. You will be working as a main point of contact for line mangers internally, providing support on a daily basis. You will also be working with individual teams to help familiarise them with the system. This is an exciting opportunity in a company that are a great, award winning place to work.
The ideal candidate will be someone with administration experience, who is engaged and not afraid to ask questions. You will be a strong communicator, with a keen eye for detail, and a desire to really engage with the new system and it’s processes. Strong excel skills are a bonus.
This role is 2-3 days a week working from home, the rest in the office. There is Parking on site, and the office is also accessible by public transport links. £26-28,000.
