A global tech company, with offices based in Solihull (free parking available onsite), are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate Level Legal Assistant to assist the CFO and Legal Council on basic legal and administrative matters as the company moves through a busy period. This in an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a corporate, commercial environment, whilst also gaining insight to the global network and variations in jurisdiction.

This role offers flexible working hours, 3 days a week, which makes it ideal for a candidate looking to work alongside studies. Key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with external appointed lawyers and investment banks
• Conducting legal research on foreign laws applying to the company
• Assisting with drafting and distributing shareholder notifications
• Taking and drafting board minutes

 The ideal candidate will be intuitive and pro-active with a basic understanding of the legal industry. They will also have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, and have some knowledge of company accounts. Applicants MUST have an LLB/LPC ideally at 2:1 or above.
